After conducting an eMove design review for Transport team, I realised that they were unaware of a major use case (and user base) that I had identified during my time elsewhere in the business.
I conducted interviews with one of our major clients and the team of BCA staff who execute his requests on the eMove platform. My report summarising the insights (Critical, Severe, Major) and identifying several opportunities, was well received.
