After conducting heuristic analyses and design reviews on BCA Transport products and running Product Vision Workshops with Product Owners, I had a wealth of ideas on how they could begin to move their products forward.

My UX Strategy document objectively described the current state of Transport Products, revisited their combined goals and identified several opportunities. It suggested a course of action and tried to re-assure everyone on the innovation curve (innovators, pioneers, mainstreamers and traditionalists) to ensure buy-in from as many stakeholders as possible.
