After rolling out several self-appraisal services, the business experimented with AI Damage Detection.

The output from AI was piped into an custom inspection tool that I designed, enabling human inspectors to validate, quantify and cost the damage detected in consumer photos.

The tool I designed was supplier agnostic and allowed for varying levels of human oversight. It enabled the inspector to train the AI as well as function entirely without it, should the service be unavailable.
