BCA Transport had a low design maturity when I joined the team, along with several products that 'came together' or 'evolved' rather than going through a design process. I conducted several heuristic analyses in an effort to map and assess the product portfolio and help the stakeholders to understand what "good looks like".

My reports explained the process and gave an overview of the products key areas/flows. Then, using the 10 industry standard usability heuristics, I scored the products, identified the failings, celebrated the successes, made recommendations and gave each product a final average score and summary.

These analyses were well received and contributed to the future strategy and the design of replacement products.
