BCA Transport had a low design maturity when I joined the team, along with several products that 'came together' or 'evolved' rather than going through a design process. I conducted a design analyses in an effort to map the product portfolio and help the stakeholders understand the efficacy of their products.

My analysis explained the intended purpose of the product and gave an overview of the key areas/flows. Then, I scored the product based on how well it communicated it's message, drove specific actions and achieved intended outcomes. I drew conclusions about the design efficacy of the product and made recommendations.

These analyses were well received and contributed to the future strategy and the design of replacement products.
